Atender consists of close to 200 customer care specialists all around the world with special attention to technology startups. Atender allows both start-ups and scale-ups to scale quickly and start new customer care teams quickly and cost-efficiently as they enter new markets.
The company serves customers around the clock in a wide variety of industries such as SaaS, e-mobility and media, and employs customer care specialists from its bases in Spain, Indonesia, Thailand and Mexico.
Erik is a co-founder of Atender together with Andreas Helland.
